The Charleston Classic announced the bracket for the November tournament earlier today, which included St. John’s taking on host school College of Charleston.
The first round game is set for 5 pm on November 15 and will be televised on ESPNU/ESPN3.
According to the bracket, a first round victory for the Red Storm would result in a matchup with the winner of Murray State/Auburn and would take place at 5:30 pm on Friday. If St. John’s were to win that game, they would move on to the Championship game against either Baylor, Boston College, Colorado, or Dayton depending on who won that end of the bracket. Any loss would result in consolation games that would keep the Johnnies playing through the weekend regardless.
The full first round matchup list is as follows:
Dayton vs. Colorado (12:30 pm)
Baylor vs. Boston College (3:00 pm)
St. John’s vs. Charleston (5:00 pm)
Murray St vs. Auburn (8:00 pm)
